As Sales Manager you will be competent at selling properties, managing vendors, with experience of or the desire to, list property. You will work closely with the Branch Partner in delivering success to your branch.

Being confident, having strong relationship building skills, being coachable, adaptable, and having the ability to manage and inspire others, are what you need.

We have a extensive management training programme, including monthly support helping you to be successful in your role whilst preparing you for Branch Management.

• Senior Negotiator or above within Residential Sales
• A provable strong record with total banked income
• Experience of or have the desire to, list property
• The ability to conduct vendor care
• The ablity to progress sales

• Total branch income commission
• Personal listing commission up to 20% per listing
• Personal canvassed valuation booked commission
