Role Overview:

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at our West London dealership. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our Dealership team.

Ideally we would like an experienced assistant sales manager looking to take charge of our prestige Alfa Romeo department.

As a Brand Concierge you will be responsible for all things Alfa Romeo, from sales to in-house marketing.

In this role you will also:

• Manage the Alfa Romeo showroom, keeping inline with brand standards.
• Gather customer and market data to understand what the customer needs.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve their objections.
• Build a relationship with the customer and be their point of contact.
• Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
• Highlight additional services such as finance, insurance, accessories and service plans.
• Negotiate terms of sales and agreements
