Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Location:

Wanstead, East London

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9.30am - 4pm (day off in lieu during the week)

Salary: £25,000 pa basic salary (with experience) plus OTE circa £38/40,000 pa

Company Car and access to Company Pension Scheme after the first 3 months

Guarantee commission for first six months

• Dealing with both sales and lettings enquiries
• Matching properties to applicants need
• Carry out viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers
• Liaising with vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants to ensure highest service levels are met
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Progressing transactions, liaising with all parties including, agents, surveyors, solicitors and tradesman

• Full UK driving licence essential
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in residential lettings or sales is required (ideally Lettings)
• A strong work ethic
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
