The market response has been unprecedented:
$75bn in spend processed across our platform.

Founded by serial technology entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey who have successfully scaled and exited two category-defining platforms and created $600M in enterprise value we are backed by over $100M in Series C funding from tier 1 global investors including Bessemer Venture Partners 83
North Lakestar. We have also been recognized as the #2 fastest-growing company on the Sunday Times Tech 100 and the fastest-growing startup in the UK and Ireland by the FTs Sifted (#4 in Europe).
With headquarters in London and hubs in New York Brno Sydney and Johannesburg we are fundamentally reshaping the global B2B economy.
The roleIn a nutshell this role would suit someone who holds an unforgiving bar for excellence who feels personal accountability for the execution of the sales motion.
Youll drive GTM strategy and enablement for a global sales organisation with a strong team across our US and EMEA offices. Leonard Maassen on AI use cases across GTM Caldwell Harden who focuses on our North American expansion Chris Davis on GTM systems and Constantin Clement on wider GTM projects.
This is a role about the motion itself: how Vertice pitches positions negotiates and closes and what the team needs to do all of that better. The reporting engine behind the sales org is already in a good place so the leverage sits in the craft rather than in Rev Ops. The work is global and youll spend most of your time in the London HQ.
Youllfocus on three things in your first twelve months:
#01. Raise the ceiling & the floor
Understand what it takes to win then embed the standard throughout the sales motion across the team. There is no prescribed way to do this.
#02. Selling a broad product portfolio
Vertice is selling a portfolio of products. The best reps already excel at selling the full portfolio because they earn more from it. Your job is to accelerate that momentum and to do it again for whatever comes next.
#03. Programmes for scale
There is huge headroom across newer channels which need GTM programmes designed shipped and measured alongside sharpening the ICP and pushing AI use cases into a fast-growing sales org.
Youll report to Constantin Clement who owns GTM Strategy & Ops Business Development Solutions Deals Strategy and Special Projects with Roy. Both he and Roy recognise that more attention to GTM Strategy & Ops will yield far more juice from the squeeze.
For the right person this is a rare chance to shape how a genuinely excellent sales organisation operates at the point where it is scaling channels geographies and products at once with the CEO close enough to the work to back what you build.
About youWere looking for an analytical generalist with operator instincts: someone who wins the confidence of senior sales leaders and pushes work all the way into execution.
In general we find it takes a certain type of person to thrive at Vertice: someone with a spike in their craft who is also genuinely low-ego communicates in plain English doesnt settle for the status quo and gets a kick out of company building with smart people.
In practice its likely youll have most of the following:#01. Hold an unforgiving bar for excellence
You are a perfectionist about the craft and you can tell good from great in the detail rather than in the aggregate. We think the best people feel the weight of performance on their shoulders like the sales leaders they partner with.
The key here is a super high bar for excellence. Can they listen to a call and have the instincts and the bar to say this wasnt great and this is how it should be different.- Constantin Clement Hiring Manager
#02. Have commercial horsepower and gravitas
You frame decisions around revenue impact rather than activity you are quick and confident with numbers and you command the respect of AEs and senior sales leaders well enough to…
