A unique opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious heritage business specialising in ceremonial, professional and formal attire.
We're looking for a highly organised, commercially-minded individual who enjoys building client relationships, attending events, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:- Advising clients on ceremonial uniform and attire requirements
- Managing customer enquiries and sales support activities
- Taking client measurements and coordinating fittings
- Supporting UK and international events and business trips
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Assisting with stock management, invoicing and account administration
Ideal candidates will have experience in account management, customer relationship management, sales support, luxury retail, events, tailoring, formal wear, or business development.
This role offers the opportunity to work with prestigious institutions, attend high-profile ceremonial events, and develop a career within a unique heritage sector. Please note this is a full time, onsite role.
