-6pm, Saturday 9:30am 4pm, 5-day week Salary - £25,000 - OTE £38,000 - £40,000  Company car Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their award-winning estate agency based in Wanstead. Established in 1991, the agency has built an excellent reputation for providing a bespoke, high-quality service to every client, supported by a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised, motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for property and excellent sales skills. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients both over the phone and face-to-face, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional level of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of properties for sale and rent Conducting viewings and providing detailed property information to potential buyers and tenants Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales and lettings targets Generating new business and identifying potential sales and letting opportunities. Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property values Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly Skills and Experience

Required:

Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous Full UK driving licence If you are interested in this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role and would like to know more,  or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
