The position goes beyond a traditional territory sales role, with a strong emphasis on strategic account development, stakeholder influence and implementing tailored solutions within complex NHS environments.
You will develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals and wider NHS stakeholders, identifying opportunities within individual accounts and bringing together internal and external teams to support change. This will include developing new users, expanding appropriate patient access and ensuring a differentiated value proposition is delivered at account level.

- Work compliantly within the ABPI Code of Practice
- Demonstrate strong key account management, stakeholder engagement and solution-based selling skills.
- Previous neuroscience experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A track record of working effectively within the NHS, influencing multiple stakeholders and successfully implementing change within healthcare organisations is most important.
- Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable working autonomously while operating effectively within a wider matrix team.
- Strong planning, project management and communication skills
- Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into practical account strategies.
