Rebalance Recruitment in the UK is building a renewable energy platform from the ground up, backed by the balance sheet and pipeline of one of Germany's largest independent power producers. This is a newly created role for someone who wants to originate deals personally rather than manage a process from a distance.
You'll be the first person on the ground in the UK, sourcing and negotiating with developers holding solar, wind, and BESS portfolios, then staying involved through to NTP/COD.
