Monday Friday: 8:30am 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am 5:00pm
1 in 3 Sundays: 11:00am 4:00pm
Our client, a successful prestige dealership in North West London, is looking for an experienced Prestige Sales Executive to join their established sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive looking to develop their career within a premium automotive environment, with strong earning potential and the opportunity to maximise income through vehicle sales, finance and additional products.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop strong customer relationships through effective qualification and communication.
- Create an excellent first impression and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Achieve monthly targets for vehicle sales, profitability, finance penetration and additional products.
- Maximise sales and profitability by following the established sales process.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Manage customers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.
- Develop and maintain effective customer follow-up and prospecting systems.
- Identify opportunities to generate repeat and new business.
- Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training.
- Ensure all customer information and sales activity is accurately recorded.
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Sales Executive within the Motor Trade.
- Previous prestige or premium automotive experience would be advantageous.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build lasting customer relationships.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and commercially focused.
- Full clean UK Driving Licence.
- £24,000 Basic Salary
- £50,000 £ 60,000 OTE
