Your Mission

We are looking for a highly driven sales professional to lead business development for the EV charging business across the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will already possess an active customer network, ongoing projects or a strong sales pipeline, and in-depth knowledge of the EV charging market, and will be capable of bringing new business opportunities within their first 3–6 months.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Active, existing customer relationships within the UK EV charging / energy sector
• Ongoing projects or a strong, demonstrable sales pipeline
• In-depth knowledge of the UK EV charging market and its key players

Key Responsibilities

• Drive immediate sales opportunities across the UK market
• Develop and manage channel partners and key accounts, including CPOs, distributors, and installers
• Work closely with the technical team to support successful project delivery
• Achieve ambitious sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the EV charging or broader energy sector
• Strong existing network among CPOs, distributors, installers, and other relevant customers in the UK
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities within the first 3–6 months
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (native or business fluent)
