Business Development Manager
Love building relationships, opening doors and turning conversations into opportunities?
We’re looking for a commercially minded relationship-builder to help drive growth across a fast-moving creative business. You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture warm leads, lead pitch conversations and help shape the future direction of the agency.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting people, spotting opportunities and turning strategy into action.
What you’ll be doing- Driving new business opportunities across target sectors
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Managing proposals, pitches and sales conversations
- Working closely with senior leadership on growth strategy
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- Using CRM and sales tools to build and manage pipeline activity
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships or client growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing sales cycles
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach
- Experience in events, creative, marketing or agency environments is a bonus
