• Proven sales or business development experience within the construction materials or builders’ merchant sector.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitable sales growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the North London and Home Counties market would be advantageous.
