Sales Executive to Recruitment Consultant Aldgate Starting salary £27,600 + uncapped/no threshold Commission
Are you currently working in sales, telesales, business development, door-to-door sales, field sales, targeted retail sales, or lead generation and looking to progress your sales career?
If you have at least 1 year of sales experience and are ambitious, competitive, and motivated by success, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

With us you'll become a specialist Cloud Tech recruiter (
Cloud, AI, Data, Cyber Security
), you'll be responsible for generating new business through cold outreach or lead generation. You will grow and develop relationships with your clients, in order to win their business, and help them find top tech talent for their vacancies, as well as sourcing and screening the candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound business development calls to win new business and developing client relationships
- Building your own network of clients and candidates
- Identifying and engaging high-quality technology professionals
- Managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to offer
- Negotiating deals and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Becoming an expert in your specialist market
