Disrepair Solutions Group is expanding its field team and is looking for confident, motivated people to join us as Tenant Support Representatives.

This is a people-focused, field-based role where you'll speak directly with residents, understand their housing concerns and identify genuine enquiries that may require further assessment.

Full training and guidance provided. Previous experience is helpful but not essential.

You’ll work in allocated residential areas, speaking with residents face-to-face about their housing conditions.

Your role will include:

• Carrying out professional door-to-door housing surveys
• Speaking respectfully and confidently with residents
• Asking questions about housing conditions and repair issues
• Identifying potential issues such as damp, mould, leaks, heating, plumbing, roofing and windows
• Establishing whether repair problems have previously been reported
• Recording information accurately
• Following DSG's qualification procedures
• Submitting genuine enquiries for further assessment
• Representing Disrepair Solutions Group professionally
• Working independently while staying connected with the wider team

Experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, recruitment or similar field-based work is an advantage, but full training is provided.

• Performance-based earning opportunity
• Earn £200 for each accepted case, subject to qualification and quality-control requirements.

• 10:00am-4:30pm, with weekends off.

This is a self-employed, performance-based opportunity.

Contractors receive £200 per accepted case, subject to DSG's qualification and quality-control requirements.

There is no guaranteed salary or guaranteed level of earnings.
