Salary - £22,000 - £28,000 OTE £50,000 - £60,000 + Car or Car allowance

Hours Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am - 4pm

A leading estate agency in Holloway, North London is looking for a driven and motivated

Sales /Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. The role will involve:

• Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular client updates and ensure excellent communication throughout.
• Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience as a sales negotiator
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• The ability to negotiate.
• Sound business ethics
• Tenacity and be a self-starter.
• The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
• Clean UK driving licence
