Experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 7:00pm

We are recruiting for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded and well-established property business based in the heart of Dulwich
.

Previous estate agency experience is not essential. The client is much more focused on finding the right personality — someone personable, confident, motivated and willing to learn, with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced property environment.

Ideally, you will already live within easy reach of Dulwich / South East London and have a good understanding of the local area.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings across sales and lettings
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
• Manage enquiries and follow up with prospective clients
• Support the progression of sales and lettings transactions
• Negotiate offers and communicate between all parties
• Proactively generate new business opportunities
• Maintain strong knowledge of available properties and the local market
• Work closely with the wider branch team to achieve targets
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process
• Develop your knowledge of the property industry and progress within the business
