Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

Join a distinctive British lifestyle brand known for thoughtful, contemporary design, beautifully made clothing and homeware, and a deep commitment to traditional textiles and craftsmanship. With a strong presence across the UK and an international customer base, the brand is built around values of thoughtfulness, simplicity, creativity, integrity and courage, creating products and experiences designed to stand the test of time.

We’re looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join the team in London and take ownership of a portfolio of Wholesale accounts across Womenswear and Menswear, covering Europe and Rest of World territories. You’ll be responsible for delivering sales, growth and profitability targets, developing long-term customer partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. The role will span the full wholesale cycle, from seasonal collection and market preparation through to sales appointments, order conversion, account management, reorders and after-sales support.

You’ll also oversee reporting and analysis, provide commercial insights and forecasts, and work closely with teams across Design, Merchandising, Logistics and Marketing to drive the wider wholesale strategy.

The successful candidate will bring 4–7 years’ experience within wholesale sales or account management, with a proven track record of developing accounts and delivering commercial results through strong customer partnerships. You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with sales, product and pricing data, with advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside a proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A genuine affinity with the brand’s values, aesthetic and approach to design will also be important.

The role offers flexible working alongside a range of benefits including an annual bonus scheme, generous staff discount, Cycle to Work scheme, staff uniform allowance, company pension, Employee Assistance Programme and company medical assistance. You’ll also receive a comprehensive induction and product and brand training, with the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative team.
