£38,000 Basic Salary + £22,000 Bonus (OTE £60,000)
Permanent | Monday-Friday | 37.5 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Building relationships with key decision-makers
Booking high-quality appointments for the wider sales team
Managing and updating CRM records
Achieving individual and team performance targets
About You
Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, SDR or BDR roles
Confident and professional communicator
Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
Strong relationship-building skills
Eager to develop a long-term career in sales
