Telesales Executive Salary £25,000 - £28,000 per annum  bonus up to £5,000, Burgess Hill, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:15pm, Permanent, 20 days annual leave increasing with service plus paid Christmas shutdown, Healthcare, Critical Illness Cover, Enhanced Pension, Salary Sacrifice Scheme, Death in Service Benefit

The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join a well-established and internationally recognised manufacturer within the healthcare sector. Based in Burgess Hill with excellent transport links, this Telesales Executive position forms part of a small, stable sales and marketing team working from a newly refurbished office. Reporting into the sales and marketing function, you will play a key role in generating sales opportunities, supporting field-based colleagues and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Full product training will be provided. Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting a nationwide sales team by identifying and generating qualified leads Contacting new and existing customers to introduce products, promotions and campaigns Booking appointments for field-based sales representatives Maintaining and updating customer information within the CRM system Building strong relationships with customers over the telephone Following up on marketing campaigns and customer enquiries Identifying opportunities to increase sales activity and customer engagement Working towards individual and team performance targets Providing excellent customer service and product information Assisting with wider sales and marketing administration as required Requirements To be successful in this Telesales Executive role, previous telesales or sales experience is highly desirable.

Experience with in a healthcare, medical products or technical sales environment would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates should be self-motivated, organised and driven to achieve results, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM software is preferred, and familiarity with Hub Spot would be highly desirable. The successful Telesales Executive will be comfortable working within a collaborative team environment whilst managing their own workload effectively.

This role could suit someone who has worked as Telesales Consultant, Internal Sales Executive or Business Development Executive.
