- 2. Guide sales teams in leveraging industry-specific tools and platforms to optimize client engagements and maximize opportunity conversion.
- 3. Evaluate and refine sales support processes using CRM, analytics, and automation technologies to drive operational excellence across the business unit.
- 4. Champion cross-business unit collaboration to ensure cohesive sales support and delivery of complex IT solutions tailored to market requirements.
- 5. Provide executive leadership in designing sales enablement frameworks, leveraging domain expertise for strategic account planning and client acquisition.
- 6. Influence enterprise-wide sales transformation programs by aligning overlay activities with long-term organizational goals and market positioning.
