A London-based distributor of premium fine foods is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its presence across the M25 corridor
.
You will be responsible for developing new business within the hospitality sector
, working with restaurants, pubs, caterers, leisure venues and hospitality groups
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with B2B food industry sales experience and a genuine passion for premium food products
.
- Developing new business opportunities across the hospitality sector
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Visiting clients across the M25 corridor
- Presenting the company’s premium product catalogue
- Growing existing accounts while winning new clients
- Providing product knowledge and marketing support
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
- Representing the company at industry trade shows and events
- 5+ years B2B sales experience within the food industry as a business development manager ou area sales manager or territory manager ou similar
- Experience in gourmet / speciality / premium food products ideally with meat and/or seafood products
- Existing hospitality sector contacts (highly desirable)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
- Professional presentation style aligned with a premium brand
