Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
(1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Enhanced Commission Scheme + Attractive Benefits + £5,000 Car Allowance (OTE £65,000)

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Lister to join our successful team specialising in one of London’s most desirable and fast-moving property markets. From luxury riverside apartments to prestigious period homes, you will represent an exceptional portfolio while building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers in the local community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident property professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and delivers outstanding customer service.

• Conducting market appraisals and property valuations and winning instructions
• Assisting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Managing clients' expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service.
• Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.

• 4 + years residential property sales experience
• Appraisals and property valuations experience
• Local knowledge is highly desirable
• Excellent at building meaningful, long lasting and lucrative relationships
• Approachability, helpfulness, and a positive demeanour
• Reapit/RPS knowledge
• Exceptional attention to detail and data savvy
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining consistently high standards
