Japanese frozen food portfolio (including our flagship Gyoza) across two vibrant channels:
Japanese & Pan-Asian Restaurants and Asian Retailers.

Your responsibilities :

• Channel Growth: Drive new listings and increase re-order frequency across Japanese restaurants, Pan-Asian venues, and Asian retail stockists. Leadend-to-end launch plans for NPD.
• Customer Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with restaurant owners, head chefs, retail buyers, and store managers. Act as atrusted business advisor to help customers maximise their menu profitability and retail velocity.
• Product Demonstrations: Support live tasting sessions and product demonstrations to showcase product quality, prep efficiency, labour-saving benefits, and authentic flavour performance.
• Data Management: Autonomously schedule and manage your daily/weekly working itinerary. Analyse customer sales data and territory trends to unlock hidden growth opportunities and defend market share.
