At Pluto, our deals are built on long-term relationships with house builders, developers and investors. This role helps create and nurture those relationships from the very first contact. You'll keep our CRM system up to date and generate new opportunities for our Origination team.

It's a chance to build a career in real estate finance, with genuine responsibility from the start. Finance experience isn't essential. What matters is that you're ambitious, highly organised and motivated to see things through.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect and contact records in Hub Spot
• Log new loan opportunities, deal status, next steps and follow‑ups
• Track market activity and record which competitors funded any deal we assessed but didn't win or didn’t assess, and the reasons why
• Flag any relationships that need to be reignited, stalled deals or missed follow‑ups to the relevant Lending Director
• Build and segment targeted prospect lists using CRM data, AI, competitor activity, planning permission records and historic contacts
• Oversee outreach emails
• Manage campaign sequences and track response rates to understand what's working
• Pass warm responses to the relevant stakeholder to arrange a call or meeting

• A degree in real estate, finance, business administration, marketing, communications or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Organisation and accuracy. You work carefully and are accurate with data, and you keep on top of competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal. You write clearly and persuasively, adapt your tone for different audiences, and build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• Initiative. You are results orientated and chase updates, follow up leads and keep things moving without being asked.
• Commercial curiosity. You're interested in real estate finance, sales or CRM and marketing technology, and in how good data and outreach create new business. However, no prior experience is required.
• Comfort with technology. You're happy using AI tools. Experience with Hub Spot or another CRM is useful but not essential.
