Hive sells on proof, not promises. You will help turn early conviction into a repeatable commercial motion: finding the right firms, earning trust with senior buyers and turning successful deployments into real momentum.
You will work directly with the founders to build Hive's first revenue engine. Expect meaningful ownership, serious conversations and no “spray and pray” sales nonsense.
What you'll do- Build and run the design-partner pipeline from first conversation to signed commercial partnership.
- Lead high-quality discovery with partners, COOs, CFOs and operational leaders in professional services.
- Shape founding-partner propositions, pricing conversations, proposals and expansion paths.
- Turn successful deployments into evidence buyers care about: outcomes, references and case studies.
- Build the commercial playbook the next GTM hires can run without reinventing it.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, commercial strategy, partnerships or complex technology-led transformation.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers, ideally within professional services, the mid-market or PE-backed businesses.
- You are equally credible in a senior buyer conversation and in the operational detail that follows.
- You bring real discipline to pipeline, follow-up and forecasting.
- Fluent English. German is a bonus.
