This is a senior leadership role combining personal new business responsibility with the management and development of a high-performance technology sales team.

As Sales Director, you will set the commercial strategy, lead by example in front of clients, and build a culture of consistent high performance across the sales organisation.

• Own revenue targets across new business and existing account growth
• Lead, coach and develop a team of senior technology sales professionals
• Drive personal new business at C-suite level across target verticals
• Define sales methodology, pipeline management and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales and Product to align GTM strategy
• Report to Group CEO/CRO with full commercial accountability

• Proven Sales Director or VP Sales background in executive technology sales
• Track record of building and scaling high-performance technology sales teams
• Personal credibility as a senior new business closer — you still lead from the front
• Deep knowledge of technology sales cycles, commercial models and GTM strategy
• Exceptional leadership and people development capability
