Role Purpose

The Client Director is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving long-term digital revenue growth through strategic partnerships with brands and advertisers.

Owning an individual revenue target, the Client Director will identify, win and grow high-value client relationships, leveraging an established network of senior decision-makers to unlock new commercial opportunities. They will position Reach as a strategic growth partner, bringing together the very best of Reach’s digital capabilities to solve client challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a highly motivated, entrepreneurial self-starter with exceptional commercial instincts, a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and a relentless focus on identifying opportunities before they become briefs.

What will you be doing

Drive Commercial Growth: Own and exceed individual digital revenue targets by creating robust account plans, generating new business, and expanding investment from existing clients.

Build Strategic Client Partnerships: Cultivate trusted, high-level relationships with senior marketing, media, and digital leads, serving as executive commercial lead across Reach's client portfolio.

Champion Digital Solutions: Confidently sell Reach’s full suite of digital capabilities—including first-party data, display, video, branded content, social, commerce, affiliate, creative, and audience solutions.

Leverage the Wider Portfolio: Collaborate with Studio, Events, Live Experiences, and specialized commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client challenges.

Collaborate for Success: Partner with Planning, Research, Trade Marketing, and Commercial teams to create compelling client propositions, host market-leading experiences, and share market insights to guide future product strategy.

This is an office based role working from our London hub, we are therefore open to candidates based in or able to commute to Canary Wharf.

What You’ll Need

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success driving significant commercial revenue growth within media, digital, or advertising environments, specifically with experience in Retail, Finance, or Travel verticals.

Senior Network & Video Expertise: An established network of senior client decision-makers ready to convert into revenue, paired with concrete experience selling digital video solutions.
