Drågen is looking for confident, outgoing and motivated Premium Food Sales Specialists to join our growing team at food markets and events across the UK.. This is a customer-facing sales role where you’ll represent Drågen, introduce customers to our premium Norwegian smoked seafood and create an exceptional experience from the moment they approach our stall.. .
The role
. You’ll be speaking directly with customers, offering tastings, explaining our products and story, answering questions and, most importantly,
driving sales
.. We’re looking for people who are naturally sociable, persuasive and genuinely enjoy interacting with people. You’ll need to be confident starting conversations with customers and comfortable working in a busy, fast paced market environment.. .
- Excellent communication and a strong command of spoken English
. - Confident, friendly and engaging personality.
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking to customers.
- A natural ability to sell and build rapport.
- Able to use your own initiative and work independently.
- Energetic, reliable and motivated.
- Comfortable working in a busy market environment.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
