In this role, you will:

• Designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive behaviour change and deliver measurable outcomes
• Working with everyone from frontline teams to senior officers and politicians to get results
• Creating compelling content across channels - from social media and web to print materials and video - to reach, engage and influence diverse audiences
• Tracking performance, evaluating impact and continuously improve what we do

We're looking for a proven marketeer to join Brent Council's communications team and lead bold, integrated campaigns that make a difference to people's lives.

The successful candidate will put outcomes first, and have bags of experience of turning insight and data into creative ideas that cut through, using behavioural science.
