Parts Sales Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive group in Croydon for the position of Parts Sales Advisor. This Parts Sales Advisor role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to advance their careers within a thriving, multi-franchise dealership. The Parts Sales Advisor will be integral to the success of the business, providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.

• Competitive salary starting from £29,000 to £30,000 per annum, with potential OTE of up to £36,000 including bonuses as aParts Sales Advisor
• Monday to Friday hours (7:00am - 5:30pm), with no weekends required

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer sales enquiries, orders, and complaints
• Provide accurate and efficient parts lookup and pre-pick customer orders
• Handle customer queries with attention to detail, clarifying requests as necessary
• Upsell products and services to meet sales targets
• Maintain precise records within the CRM system, including call logs and reports
• Escalate customer issues to senior parts advisors or management when required
• Follow company policies and procedures throughout all interactions
• Attend regular training to stay up-to-date with product offerings and company policies
• Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and fostering client relationships

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, either within a franchise or in a similar automotive environment
• Proficiency with parts lookup systems such as Kerridge or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a desire to progress within the automotive trade
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
