We help early-career salespeople land roles at the UK's most exciting VC-backed startups and scaleups.

• Roles, curated: skip the job boards and the applications that go nowhere. You'll hear back within days.
• Founders pitch to you: founder videos show you the role, the team and what they need before you commit to a conversation.
• Startups apply to you: companies that like your profile send you interview requests.
• No recruiters in the middle: when the interest is mutual, we introduce you straight to the founder or hiring lead.
• Respect for your time: a CV and a 45-minute screening call with us to get started.

Once you're in, you get access to SDR, BDR, Business Development and Founding GTM roles from Pre-Seed to Series B+, and around half of them aren't advertised anywhere else.
