Tidal™ is building a team of exceptional Luxury Brand Ambassadors to represent some of the world’s leading beauty, fragrance, fashion and luxury brands across London
.

We’re looking for commercially minded, engaging people who understand that exceptional luxury retail is about more than simply serving a customer.

Listening to what someone is looking for. Understanding their needs. Telling the story behind a product or brand. Making considered recommendations. And ultimately creating an experience that converts into a sale, a relationship and a positive impression of the brand.

Our opportunities span luxury fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, retail, launches, events and experiential activations across London.

Assignments may include department stores, boutiques, flagship stores, pop‑ups, events and brand activations.

As a Luxury Brand Ambassador with Tidal™, you’ll represent our client brands on the shop floor or within live brand environments, delivering an exceptional standard of customer experience while contributing directly to commercial performance.

Depending on the assignment, you may be responsible for:

• Proactively approaching, engaging and building rapport with customers
• Creating welcoming, personalised and memorable customer experiences
• Understanding customers’ needs, preferences and buying motivations
• Confidently recommending and demonstrating relevant products
• Communicating product benefits, key messages and brand stories
• Supporting sales and working towards individual, counter or store targets
• Identifying opportunities for additional and complementary sales
• Building genuine relationships with customers
• Representing a brand consistently and professionally
• Supporting product launches, campaigns, events and activations
• Maintaining exceptional visual presentation and merchandising standards
• Taking ownership of your assigned counter, area or brand
• Building positive relationships with store teams, managers and client representatives
• Providing customer, sales or campaign feedback where required
• Representing both the client and Tidal™ to the highest professional standard

• Flexible across weekdays, weekends and key trading periods
• Comfortable working across different London locations where required
