We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow key enterprise accounts in the Unified Communications, Telecom, IT and SaaS space. This is a remote role based in London.
What you'll do- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Drive renewals, upsells and new business within accounts
- Collaborate with sales engineering and customer success
- Forecast and report on account performance
- 5+ years of enterprise account management or sales experience
- Background in Unified Communications, Telecom, IT or SaaS
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Based in London, UK
- Existing network in UK enterprise accounts
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot)
- Base salary of GBP 70,000 – 80,000
- OTE of GBP 110,000 – 120,000
- Remote work in London
