Sales Administrator; Account Manager

Are you a Sales Administrator or similar looking to join a growing cable business, where you can manage customer accounts, support major projects, progress into an Account Manager role and increase your earnings through a company bonus?

In this role, you will join the End User Team, managing customer enquiries and supporting accounts from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will prepare quotations, provide product information and technical submissions, build strong customer relationships and work closely with internal teams to ensure orders and projects are delivered successfully. You will also identify sales opportunities and develop existing accounts, with the opportunity to progress into an Account Manager position.

This role would suit someone from a sales administration, sales support, customer service or internal sales background who has experience dealing with physical products, within construction, building materials, electrical products, cables, manufacturing or a similar industry.

• Manage customer enquiries and support existing accounts
• Prepare quotations and provide product information
• Assist with technical submissions, orders and project delivery
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
• Progress towards an Account Manager position
• Monday
  - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Internal Sales or a similar
• Experience dealing with physical products within construction, building merchants, electrical, manufacturing or a similar industry
• Confident handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations
• Commutable to Camden Town
