• DeeplyunderstandtheUKcouriermarket,withakeyfocusonexpandingthe
  
  Large Parcel Delivery business .
• Developandexecuteregionalsalesplans,analyzemarketdynamicsandcompetitoractivities,andcontinuouslyexpandmarketshare.
• Managingasmallteamof1-2people.
• Collaboratecloselywithoperationsandcustomerserviceteamstoprovideprofessionalandefficientlogisticssolutions.
• Conductregularclientvisitstobuildlong-term,stable relationships.
• Gathermarketfeedbackandclientrequirementstoadviseoncompanybusinessdevelopment.

• SalesexperienceintheUKcourier/express industry.
• Experienceinthe Large Parcel Deliverysectorisstronglypreferred .
• PriorexperienceworkingincompaniessuchasDX,XDP,BJSDistribution,Fed Ex,DHL,UPS,DPD,Tuffnells,orsimilarUKcouriercompaniesishighlypreferred.
• FamiliarwiththeUKcouriermarketandbusinessmodels.
• Proventrackrecordinbusinessdevelopmentandaccountmanagement.
• Teammanagementexperience.
• Strongcapabilitytoworkindependentlyandconsistentlymeetsalestargets.
