Marketplace Manager

Fable England is a British premium accessories brand for jewellery, bags and scarves. We sell direct to consumers and through leading marketplaces in the UK, Europe and the US.

We are building our in‑house capability to manage these marketplaces with a small team, and are looking for someone to continue driving their growth.

The role has two parts:

• Expand our marketplace presence. Identify, approach and open new premium marketplaces and department‑store platforms that suit the brand, and negotiate the terms.
• Run and grow day‑to‑day trading. Manage our current platforms and grow sales within each one.

Our focus is premium, department‑store‑style platforms. This is not an Amazon role.

• Build a pipeline of suitable premium marketplaces and bring new partners on board.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage each launch through to first trading.
• Manage listings, product content and catalogue quality across all platforms.
• Plan stock allocation and replenishment by channel.
• Set pricing, promotions and seasonal campaigns with each platform.
• Run on‑platform marketing and judge it on return, not spend.
• Be the main contact for platform buyers and account teams.
• Report weekly on sales, sell‑through, returns and margin by channel.

• At least 3 years managing premium fashion, accessories or jewellery brands on marketplaces or department‑store platforms.
• A track record of opening new marketplace accounts, not only running existing ones.
• Hands‑on experience in platform back‑ends: listings, stock and pricing.
• Strong numbers: you understand margin, not just sales.
• Zalando experience is a plus.
