Account Executive

You sell AI-powered financial crime compliance tech to banks, fintechs, and financial institutions across Europe. You manage full sales cycles and close deals for Arborvitae. This role moves your closing career forward in financial tech.

• You manage the full sales cycle from discovery to deal closure.
• You run product demos and pitch solutions to financial decision-makers.
• You build your sales pipeline through outbound calls and inbound leads.
• You handle customer objections and keep your sales pipeline up to date.
• You travel across Europe to attend industry events and client meetings.

• You started as a BDR or SDR and moved into closing.
• You have about 1.5 to 2 years of experience as an Account Executive.
• You have sold B2B software, ideally in financial tech, banking, or compliance.
• You are ready to travel across Europe to meet prospects in person.

• 1-2 years in sales
• Has sold financial services or fintech
• Has sold to mid-market companies, 100 to 1,000 people
• Works leads that come in, with little prospecting
• Comfortable with deals of £10k-£50k
• Has closed deals end to end
• Has sold to mid-market companies
• Has used mutual action plans or digital sales rooms
• Has stayed 18 months or more per role, on average
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk management, financial infrastructure, or AI-powered solutions is highly
