It's a brand-new role created as the team grows, giving you the chance to make an immediate impact and build a long-term future with a household-name developer.

The role Owning the sales process from first enquiry through to reservation

Converting buyers in one of London's most competitive new-build markets

Delivering an outstanding experience that makes the development stand out Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, including cross-selling other developments

Bringing ideas to help the development hit its sales targets

What we're looking for Proven new homes sales experience (essential), ideally selling apartments in London Excellent closing and conversion skills

Confidence working independently in a busy, target-driven environmentA hands-on, commercially minded approach, with a focus on selling homes rather than managing a team Comfortable working weekends on a rota Available immediately or on a short notice period
