I am partnering with one of the UK's most prestigious and internationally recognised property advisory businesses to recruit an ambitious, Arabic-speaking Business Development Consultant to join its highly successful Business Development division, based in stunning offices in Richmond, South West London.

Working within a dynamic and high-performing team, you will engage with prospective and existing clients, including Arabic-speaking individuals, identifying opportunities across residential sales, lettings and associated property services.

Operating across prime residential property, commercial real estate, rural estates and specialist advisory services, the business advises an extensive portfolio of private clients, investors, homeowners and landlords.

Its residential division is particularly renowned for its expertise within the premium and prime property markets, combining extensive market knowledge with an exceptional standard of client service.

The successful individual will join a dedicated Business Development team, working alongside experienced professionals and benefiting from substantial investment in training, development and long-term career opportunities.

As an Arabic-speaking Business Development Consultant, you will play an important role in generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective, existing and former clients.

You will utilise your Arabic and English language skills to communicate confidently with a diverse client base, including international and high-net-worth individuals, identifying property requirements and introducing the organisation's residential services.

Working closely with colleagues across the wider business, your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively contacting prospective and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Engaging with Arabic-speaking and English-speaking clients, delivering a professional and consultative service.
• Developing relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors and high-net-worth individuals.
• Identifying opportunities across residential sales, lettings and associated property services.
• Arranging qualified property valuation appointments for regional sales and lettings teams.
• Reconnecting with previous clients to establish future property requirements.
• Managing a pipeline of opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records and conducting timely follow-up.
• Working collaboratively with regional colleagues to convert opportunities into instructions and revenue.
• Undertaking approximately 70 outbound calls per day while maintaining an exceptional standard of client engagement.

The role is commercially focused, with performance measured through the quality of opportunities generated, instructions secured and revenue banked.
