Horology Sales Ambassador – Luxury Fine Watches

Outside The Box Recruitment is seeking a Horology & Masterworks Sales Ambassador for an opportunity in Central London, championing exceptional timepieces and engaging an exclusive community of collectors and discerning clients.

Going beyond traditional client advisory, this role brings together fine watchmaking, compelling storytelling and personalised service to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

• Present extraordinary timepieces, including high complications and sophisticated mechanical movements, bringing their craftsmanship and innovation to life.
• Develop a community of passionate collectors and high-value clients through meaningful, long-term relationships.
• Host and accompany clients at prestigious exhibitions, private events and specialist watch experiences to deepen engagement and strengthen loyalty.
• Act as a horological authority, sharing knowledge and inspiring clients and colleagues.
• Lead product knowledge initiatives and support advanced horology training to elevate technical expertise and client service across the wider team.

• Proven sales experience and knowledge within the luxury watch industry.
• In-depth knowledge of horology, including complications, advanced mechanical movements and fine watchmaking.
• Confidence discussing complex technical details credibly with experienced collectors.
• Broad appreciation of the wider luxury fine watch industry, beyond a single brand.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and the ability to engage discerning clients.
• Genuine passion for the artistry, heritage and innovation behind exceptional timepieces.
