Travel Consultant Duties:

* Craft bespoke, tailormade holiday itineraries that perfectly match each client’s unique style, budget, and wanderlust.

* Inspire and advise customers on exotic destinations, hidden-gem resorts, top-tier hotels, and must-have local experiences.

* Own the entire booking process from start to finish, handling flights using GDS , accommodation, and amendments with effortless attention to detail.

* Turn curious enquiries (via phone, email, and face-to-face) into confirmed bookings by showcasing the incredible value of the trips.

* Build strong, long-term bonds with clients so you become their ultimate go-to expert for every future adventure.

Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Travel Sales Consultant for Travel Agent or Tour Operator is imperative, happy to work in the North London office.

* GDS systems experience is essential such as Amadeus and Galileo is essential.

* A genuine passion for travel and worldwide destinations.

* Confident sales skills with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.

* Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
