Join a rapidly growing Hydromorphology team delivering technical excellence across a diverse portfolio.

• Fluvial geomorphology studies for diverse projects.
• River Condition Assessment for Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), including data analysis and reporting.
• Water Framework Directive compliance assessments.
• Support the Hydromorphology Service Lead and wider team in delivering technical services.
• Produce high‑quality client and public deliverables, demonstrating excellent communication and visualization skills.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver challenging projects.
• Adopt a safety‑first attitude in line with WSP’s health and safety policy.

• BSc in a relevant field; postgraduate degree or PhD in geomorphology, environmental science, or catchment management preferred.
• Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution, or active pursuit of chartership.
• Proven track record in applied Fluvial Geomorphology, with knowledge of river types, sediment dynamics, and hydraulics.
• Strong understanding of fluvial geomorphological processes and Water Framework Directive.
• Experience with the planning system, ES water chapters, and WFD assessments.
• Project and budget management experience.
