We are seeking

Casual Security Officersto join our team on a zero-hour contract, supporting a variety of locations across Oxfordshire, surrounding areas and nationwide as our client base continues to grow. This role offers the opportunity to work at a wide range of outdoor events and venue-based assignments – no two shifts will ever be the same!

Shifts are a minimum of 5 hours typically between 7:00pm and 1:00am, though times may vary depending on the event. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to adapt to different shift times and locations in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling venues to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Monitoring crowd behaviour and identifying potential risks
• Access and entry control, including bag checks or  where required
• Responding to incidents and managing security issues in a professional manner
• Providing support to venue staff to ensure smooth operations
• Delivering excellent customer service, offering guidance and assistance to visitors when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid and in-date SIA Door Supervisor licence
• A clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience working as a Security Officer
• Smart, professional appearance and a high level of reliability
• Access to a smartphone for using our online system (scheduling, sign‑in/out, and shift bookings)
• Confident and clear spoken English
