Event Steward​/ess

ZAM FM is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Event Stewards to join our team at London Stadium. As part of our event operations, youll play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all spectators and staff during a wide range of events from Premier League football matches to concerts and large-scale public gatherings. You will represent both ZAM FM and London Stadium, providing a visible security presence, assisting with crowd management, and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all spectators, visitors, and staff. Conduct ticket checks, bag searches, and access control in accordance with venue and event policies. Manage crowd flow and ensure spectator safety before, during, and after events.
