Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement infrastructure and cyber security strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the design, optimization, and management of cloud-based architecture, primarily within Azure.
  • Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) and deliver automation initiatives to drive efficiency.
  • Manage security operations including penetration testing, incident response, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Maintain disaster recovery plans and lead cyber security awareness training across the organization.
  • Influence senior leaders and external tech partners to drive continuous systems improvement.
Skills / Must have
  • Technical Leadership:
    Proven experience leading both infrastructure and cyber security functions.
  • Microsoft Expert:
    Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and Intune.
  • Security Focused:
    Deep understanding of IAM, penetration testing, and automation tools.
  • Compliance Knowledge:
    Familiarity with GDPR and Cyber Essentials frameworks.
  • Communication:
    Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
  • Adaptability:
    Comfortable switching between high‑level strategy and "doing the doing."
