Responsibilities- Develop and implement infrastructure and cyber security strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the design, optimization, and management of cloud-based architecture, primarily within Azure.
- Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) and deliver automation initiatives to drive efficiency.
- Manage security operations including penetration testing, incident response, and risk assessments.
- Ensure organizational compliance with GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and other relevant frameworks.
- Maintain disaster recovery plans and lead cyber security awareness training across the organization.
- Influence senior leaders and external tech partners to drive continuous systems improvement.
- Technical Leadership:
Proven experience leading both infrastructure and cyber security functions. - Microsoft Expert:
Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and Intune. - Security Focused:
Deep understanding of IAM, penetration testing, and automation tools. - Compliance Knowledge:
Familiarity with GDPR and Cyber Essentials frameworks. - Communication:
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust across all levels. - Adaptability:
Comfortable switching between high‑level strategy and "doing the doing."
