We are recruiting a Control Room Manager for our client a leading security services specialist. In this exciting opportunity the successful candidate will lead the launch of a brand-new, state-of-the‑art security control room at one of London’s most prestigious iconic multi‑purpose destinations.

The Control Room Manager will be responsible for the CCTV, alarms, incident response, and 24/7 security operations across a high‑profile estate. This role offers a rare opportunity to build a control room operation from the ground up, shaping policies, technology, team culture, to lead, train, and develop a high‑performing team while working closely with emergency services and senior stakeholders. This is a truly exciting and rare opportunity.

Skill
  • Leadership and team management, including shift supervision and performance review
  • Crisis management and emergency response coordination
  • Incident detection, assessment, and reportin
  • Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational standard
  • Training design and delivery for security and control room personne
