Central London – Salary: £36,000 plus free lunch, laundry service, interest‑free travel loan, and an attractive pension. Salary increase upon completion of probation.

Hours:

4 on / 4 off – 4 days (08:00‑17:00) and 4 nights (19:00‑07:00).

This role will see you provide leadership to a small but dedicated security team. Prior experience of supervising a security team in a corporate, residential or hospitality environment is essential.

• Experience supervising a team in a security (corporate, residential or hospitality) environment.
• Preferred: SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Comfortable working a mix of day and night shifts – 4 on / 4 off.
• First‑class customer‑care skills with a passion for service excellence.
• A passion for training and developing staff.
• Experience of positively engaging stakeholders.

• Supervise the delivery of site services whilst ensuring a 5‑star service is delivered to guests, visitors and staff.
• Supervise a small security team.
• Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development.
• Staff training and development.
• Rota management.
• Undertake regular security patrols.
• Front of house meeting and greeting.
• Gatehouse duties.
• Incident management and response.
• Respond to facilities issues within the building.
• Safeguard various assets, including people, buildings and information.
• Oversee the operation of security systems.
• Work cross‑functionally with the Property and Facilities teams.
• Undertake security officer duties as required.
