• Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Enforce hotel policies and regulations to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
• Assist in the training and supervising of junior security staff and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns related to security with professionalism and courtesy.

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies.
• Knowledge of security systems and technologies, including surveillance cameras and access control systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Valid security licence and certifications as per local regulations.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
