Security Contract Support Officer

Unitrust is looking for reliable Contract Support Officers to deliver security duties predominantly at prestigious sites in the Holborn Area and across multiple London sites. The role involves access control, customer service, fire evacuations, meeting and greeting, standing, patrolling and health & safety. You will work independently and occasionally in single-person teams, enjoying the flexibility of varied locations.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and personable manner.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with a strong focus on outstanding experiences.
• Reliability, trustworthiness and punctuality in all responsibilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Physically able to perform all duties associated with the role.
• Computer confident, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Valid SIA licence.
• First Aid at Work qualification.

• Previous security experience.
• Exposure to relevant Protective Security or Counter Terrorism Advice.
• Prior experience in the security industry and/or hospitality or corporate sectors.
• Familiarity with technologies used to detect security threats.
• Enhanced communication, listening and customer service skills or willingness to develop further.
